Cancellation policy.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All appointment cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours from the time of the appointment will be considered a no-show and charged 100% of the total amount of the scheduled service(s).

LATE POLICY: Due to our schedule and to ensure that we are able to honor the next client’s appointment time late arrivals will incur a reduced service to account for time. We will conduct the most productive service possible with the remaining time available.

REFUND POLICY: All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit unless stated otherwise. You must contact MACnificent Cutz Barber Spa for refunds to your original payment method. No-shows/late cancellations are not subject to a refund.
